Passionately committed to delivering impact for society, Qian has spent her career helping organisations that deliver social value to solve complex operational challenges. She designs and delivers digitally-enabled operating models that address the needs of patients, citizens and organisations in the public and not-for-profit sectors. During the Ebola pandemic, Qian supported an international NGO to implement a lean process to manage volunteers from around the world. Prior to the Covid pandemic, she also led on redesigning a UK-wide integrated health service for the Armed Forces. Since then, Qian has been actively supporting health and care organisations and her local community to adopt technology and advanced analytics to continue providing incredible essential services to their users.
