Governance Expert And Co-Founder 8foldGovernance
Adam is a specialist information governance lead and has worked extensively for NHS trusts, CCG’s, private healthcare providers and digital health technology companies. He has extensive knowledge of data protection and privacy law, information risk management, data flow mapping and is expert in the practical application of data protection impact assessments (DPIA) and information sharing agreements (ISA). He is an expert communicator and trusted advisor in the industry.
Whilst working for a number of different digital health start ups, Rhiannon has extensive experience integrating both SaaS and hardware technologies into existing care pathways. She is passionate about remote patient monitoring and patient empowerment, and as an Implementation and Customer Success Manager she has supported complex projects within secondary and community care including paediatrics and mental health. Her background in Biomedical Engineering has given her a foundation in Medical Science and an understanding of innovative research processes.

Clinical Risk Consultant
Dr Shailesh Suri
Shailesh has worked at VP Product level with responsibility for product strategy, design and delivery. He has worked at various levels of company maturity; building teams and processes from scratch through to managing more mature product and engineering teams. He has worked alongside customers ranging from national and regional health bodies to local clinical teams and app and device manufacturers. Given his clinical experience as an acute medical doctor in the NHS he is well placed to understand end user needs and communicate effectively with health service users and patients.
Shailesh has also had responsibility for integrations and interoperability and is familiar with interoperability paradigms such as HL7 v2 and FHIR, as well as standard coding systems (SNOMED, READ, LOINC, DM+D etc.)
Shailesh is clinical safety certified and has created and managed processes to ensure that released software meets statutory DCB0129/0160 requirements.
He has direct clinical experience having worked in the NHS as a physician in acute medicine and in public health. He has also worked hands-on in software development in several start-ups and large investment banks
