With a wealth of knowledge about health technology and trusted connections across the NHS and digital health industry, Lyndon has played key roles in scaling health-tech businesses for over 20 years. Whether your business is a startup, SME, or member of an Academic Health Science Network (AHSN), Lyndon offers tactical and strategic support with a huge amount of energy and focus on finding the right solutions. His extensive clinical and managerial experience in primary, secondary, community and private healthcare are key in understanding and supporting the needs of health technology companies and startups when going to market.
When he’s not making things happen at 8fold, Lyndon enjoys playing tennis, kitesurfing (although he prefers the water to be a little warmer these days!), reading about history, theology and spending time with his beautiful family.

Adam is our specialist information governance lead with a long career working extensively with NHS trusts, CCG’s, private healthcare providers and digital health technology companies. His true expertise lies in data protection and privacy law, information risk management, data flow mapping and the practical application of data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and information sharing agreements (ISA), making him a trusted advisor and communicator across the industry.
Adam is also a lover of the great outdoors. You’ll often find him exploring the UK in his VW campervan looking for the next mountain to climb or stream to cross. On top of this, he’s been volunteering with the Scout Association as an Explorer Scout Leader for over 10 years, supporting young people to learn skills for life. Adam also enjoys playing the guitar, although we hear this enjoyment isn’t always shared by those who have to listen to him!

Kasia has a wealth of experience managing large, complex private health and insurance businesses, as well as extensive experience working for NHS health and care services. In her most recent role as an operational director, Kasia worked across multiple business functions with departments made up of large clinical and administrative teams. As someone who is dedicated to delivering a high-quality service in every aspect of the business, Kasia’s organisational, leadership and coaching skills have made her a great addition to the 8fold team as our Managing Director. Outside of this, Kasia enjoys the finer things in life and likes to spend her time travelling with a good book or podcast, cooking and staying active.

Gurpreet is an experienced communicator with specialist knowledge of the health-tech industry. Her early career started in the NHS where she led pioneering communications programmes for the primary, acute and social care sectors, before delivering a number of central Government funded programmes to improve information sharing practices and policy across the Department of Health & Social Care (DHSC), Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Home Office. As someone who is able to articulate a vision into reality, Gurpreet developed the brand, marketing and positioning strategy for the digital health records market leader, supporting them from start up stage, to becoming Europe’s largest provider. Now, Gurpreet not only leads on marketing for 8fold, but also supports the NHS and our clients, through Marketing as-a-Service.
Outside of this, Gurpreet enjoys travelling, getting her hands dirty with interior design and most importantly, making new memories with friends and loved ones.

His experience spans diverse areas, including patient-held records, workforce enablement, digital health assessment, and regulation. With a proven track record as a commercial specialist, Ryan has successfully established verticals in new markets, acquired early customers for new product lines, and built verticals from scratch. His wealth of knowledge in the digital health sector complements his intimate understanding of the NHS buying cycle and compliance requirements, making Ryan a great asset to the 8fold team.
When he’s not supporting startups or cooking up content for LinkedIn, you’ll often find Ryan enjoying the tranquillity of the Buckinghamshire countryside, accompanied by his dogs during leisurely walks, or embracing the local community where he occasionally takes on the role of bartender at the village pub.

Lily graduated from the University of Southampton with a 1st in History and began her working career in customer support allowing her to develop an understanding of key commercial processes whilst looking after customers interests. She has also spent time in planning and project management allowing her to bring these key skills to the commercial team here at 8 fold. Lily is now helping us set up the new CRM and develop our commercial process whilst learning lots about the healthcare industry. Outside of work she loves to cook, bake and dances competitively as part of a group. She competes across the UK in jazz, contemporary, lyrical and street competitions.

Simon is an experienced information governance professional with a career that spans over 17 years across central and local government. Working initially for the Crown Prosecution Service, Simon developed a sound understanding about the implementation and requirements of data protection and information law, which he put into practice as the Information Governance lead in the Adult Social Care service at Surrey County Council in 2011.
Outside the office, Simon is a loving father and keen footballer, and is the first to admit that he finds information governance less confusing than small children!

Karen is a nurse by background and completed her training at the University of Stirling in 2007. She has since worked across both public and private hospitals, gaining extensive experience in the areas of risk management and clinical safety where she has also delivered training.
With a specialist interest in primary care and asthma, Karen maintained her registration for general practice while at the same time, leading the deployment of new IT systems and training staff in digital health applications and technology used in the NHS.
Karen is also registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (04I0460S) and has completed her own training in Clinical Risk Management.
Outside of this, Karen is an avid kitesurfer and lover of the seas, finding every opportunity to travel travel the world and find the best spots to surf and scuba dive.

Chloe’s extensive background as a training and event coordinator has seen her take responsibility for organising UK-wide courses and events across the health and safety sectors. Supported by a diploma in Event Management, she went on to manage large administration teams in the private health sector for over 3 years.
Chloe thrives in project management, but her real passion and expertise lies in operational delivery and making a positive business impact. This is down to her unmatched ability to build relationships based on mutual respect and trust.
Outside of this, Chloe is a creative soul with a love for gel nail art, music, gaming (apex legends), swimming in the open sea, and most recently as part of an 8fold team building trip, she also developed a love for scuba diving.

Nick has been a paramedic since 2009, training at West Midlands Ambulance Service and Coventry University. He spent 10 years with the Hazardous Area Response Team, eventually becoming their Support Manager. In this role, he worked with the National Ambulance Resilience Unit to create and put safe systems in place for paramedics in high-risk environments. Nick also worked as a Specialist Advisor for the CQC for 4 years, inspecting NHS Ambulance Trusts and private healthcare providers.
His critical work was highlighted when the WMAS team received the highest praise during an inspection on behalf of NHSE. This was due to the team’s meticulousness and knowledge of inspection processes. Nick used this experience in broader quality assurance and post-Covid recovery programs.
In his final year at WMAS, Nick led the Digital Transformation Oversight Group, ensuring that digital solutions were introduced efficiently and effectively, leading him to train as a CSO.
Outside work, Nick enjoys rugby, coaching a youth team, and has run 10 marathons, an Ultramarathon, and completed an Ironman triathlon. He and his family enjoy walks with their labrador, especially those ending at a country pub.

He specialises in cyber risk, focusing on helping clients to realise and mitigate cyber security challenges, while demonstrating business value and building successful relationships. Giannis is also Co-Founder of Leo CybSec which helps businesses to mitigate against modern cyber threats. Here he has led a number of successful projects and programmes for the technology, banking, finance, telecoms, retail as well as the public sectors.

Kate retrained in 2009 with BSI to gain qualifications (IRCA certified training course) to work as a lead auditor and assessor in ISO standards.
