Ceri is a registered mental health nurse and cognitive behavioural psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience working across the NHS and digital health sectors. She has extensive experience in clinical risk management and governance, focusing on the safe and effective delivery of online health interventions working across a wide range of NHS clinical settings, and in the digital health sector. Ceri has developed risk escalation policies, crisis response frameworks, and clinical governance processes, aligning digital health services with NHS best practices. She has also worked closely with product teams to promote safety by design in the development of digital health interventions. Outside of work, Ceri is a busy mum of three and enjoys spending time with her stubborn but adorable adopted greyhound.
